Baseerah Academy offers mental health and wellness educational programs including live webinars, workshops, trainings and infographics developed by teams of expert community members and qualified mental health professionals to help raise mental-health awareness and strengthen well-being.

After subscribing, you should receive a confirmation email from Baseerah Academy.

If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder and mark Baseerah as a safe sender.

There are a few common reasons this might happen:

• Email was entered incorrectly. Please try subscribing again in case there was a typo.
• Inbox is full. If your inbox is at capacity, our emails may bounce back. Please make sure you have space.
• Email landed in a different tab. Search your inbox for “Baseerah” to see if it was sorted into the Promotions, Updates, or Social tab (common in Gmail).
• Emails went to spam. Some providers automatically filter new senders.

1. Open any email from Baseerah Academy.
2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the email.
3. Select “Add Baseerah Academy to Contacts list.”
4. If our email is in Spam, open it and click “Report not spam.”

Outlook / Hotmail:

1. Open any email from Baseerah Academy.
2. Click the three dots (…) next to the sender name.
3. Select “Add to Safe Senders.”
